D5 Architects have worked with BIA on numerous projects since 1996 ranging from the current masterplan through multiple terminal developments right down to the formation of single customer services desks. Our relationship with BIA epitomises our approach to establishing long-term relationships with clients through the development of a strong understanding of the client organisation and its needs. This knowledge then enables us to respond to projects appropriately, swiftly and efficiently.
Projects undertaken for the airport exceed 75 and include feasibility studies, works in both terminals within all the key passenger handling and processing areas such as set down, check-in, landside and airside retailing, security, departures lounges, piers, forward lounges, arrivals routing, inbound controls, reclaim and landside concourses.
